And anyone pleading with Bill not to worry about complainers... let's all consider Bill's temperament. He despises emails. If someone emails to confirm a shipping date, he considers that complaining and will commonly go on a Facebook tirade to remind everyone he isn't Amazon. It's just as likely 3 people simply emailed him to inform of the glitch in case he didn't know -- as opposed to "complained". In fact, it's MOST likely they merely informed, and he's being a goof as he is wont to do.
