Further Details
Disney has released early details on the new Platinum Series release of Cinderella which for the first time ever, arrives fully restored and loaded with bonus features. Details are still pretty sketchy I'm afraid, although Disney has confirmed that the film will arrive in both $29.99 and $49.99 collector's sets. Online retailer TLA Video reports the standard set will include reconstructed deleted songs, a live-action to film comparison of the opening sequence, a Cinderella that Almost Was documentary, a House of Royalty documentary, another feature entitled Cinderella stories from ESPN Classic and a Rage-to-Riches: The Making of Cinderella documentary. Completing the package will be a 1922 Cinderella Laugh-o-Gram, all new music videos "A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes" performed by Disney Channel Circle of Stars and "Every Girl Can Be A Princess" featuring all your favorite animated princess characters, DVD-ROM features, a sneak peak at Cinderella 3 and more.
