JUNO GANA EN EL FESTIVAL DE ROMA

En cuanto se estrenó en el pasado Festival de Toronto la segunda película de Jason Reitman, Juno, se convirtió en la gran revelación del certamen canadiense, en donde quedó en segundo lugar en las votaciones del público. Hace unos días, su protagonista Ellen Page, y su guionista Diablo Cody fueron galardonadas en el Festival de Hollywood, y muchos auguran que será una de las grandes triunfadoras del cine independiente de este año.

Acaba de finalizar la segunda edición del Festival de Cine de Roma en donde la cinta fue recibida con una gran ovación por parte del público y de la crítica. Finalmente el jurado la ha coronado como la mejor película de la Festa.
* Palmarés de la Sección Oficial:
- Mejor película: Juno de Jason Reitman
- Mejor actor: Rade Serbedija por Fugitive Pieces de Jeremy Podeswa
- Mejor actriz: Jang Wenli por And the Spring Comes de Chang Wei Gu
- Premio especial del jurado: Abolfazl Jalili, realizador de Hafez.

Fuera de competición ha sido premiada la película Into the Wild de Sean Penn que ha recibido el premio Fastweb que la considera la mejor película presentada en Premiere. No es de extrañar este galardón ya que fue recibida de una manera entusiasta.
