Tema: HDMI IN y HDMI OUT (TV ARC)

Me he comprado este modelo:

Tiene la siguiente salida y dos entradas HDMI:

HDMI OUT (TV ARC) es que conectando el HDMI del TV al Home Cinema, recibe la señal de audio 5.1 y la puede emitir? O tengo que hacerlo por óptimo?

HDMI IN (tiene dos conexiones), ¿podría conectar por ejemplo ONO o MOVISTAR y reproducir la señal 5.1?
