Tema: Reedición de "Achtung Baby"/"Zooropa", de U2

Para finales de octubre nos espera unas reediciones espectaculares de los dos siguientes trabajos remasterizados de U2: el que para mí es su mejor disco, Achtung Baby, y el reivindicable Zooropa. Hay diferentes formatos en el lanzamiento:

The BIG news today is the expected October 31 (UK), November 1 (US) release of the upcoming Achtung Baby 20th Anniversary reissue. The album has been embraced by many, selling quite well. the album will be remastered and released in several set version, several of which are massive…MASSIVE. Most of you know U2 and so don’t need me to regurgitate that historical data to you. After all, isn’t U2 the biggest band in the world these days?

Achtung Baby 20th Anniversary Break Down:

The Uber Deluxe Edition:

A limited, numbered Uber Deluxe Edition is a magnetic puzzle tiled box which will contain: 6 CDs including the original Achtung Baby album, the follow-up album, Zooropa, B-sides and re-workings of previously unheard material recorded during the Achtung Baby sessions. 4 DVDs including ‘From The Sky Down’, ‘Zoo TV:Live From Sydney’, all the videos from Achtung Baby plus bonus material. There will also be 5 clear 7″ vinyl singles in their original sleeves, 16 art prints taken from the original album sleeve, an 84-page hardback book, a copy of Propaganda magazine, 4 badges, a sticker sheet, and a pair of Bono’s trademark ‘The Fly’ sunglasses.

The Super Deluxe Edition:

The Super Deluxe Edition will contain the 6CDs and 4 DVDs, in addition to a 92 page hardback book and 16 art prints in a wallet.


The Deluxe Edition:

2CD set containing the reissue of the original album plus B-sides and rarities.


Standard single CD reissue:

The original album remastered.

In addition, there will be a Vinyl Box set:

a limited release containing 4 LPs, two of which are pressed on translucent blue vinyl containing remixes and B-sides. The box includes a 16 page booklet.

There will be Digital versions provided as well.

Se han pasado tres países con esta edición Uber Deluxe. En Amazon UK, la listan a 330 libras (casi 390 euros al cambio).

Hay que ser muy fan para gastarse esto.

Edición Super Deluxe:

tuve la suerte de verlos en barcelona en el 92 en la gira zoo tv, y fue una gozada
desde luego es uno de los mejores discos de u2 , pero si 390 euros va a ser el precio,
no solo hay que ser muy fan para comprrlo, sino que hay que tener un nivel de ingresos....
y que no se molesten en editarlo en sacd o dvd audio me parece cuestionable
con razon es la empresa irlandesa de mayor facturacion en estos momentos
