One of the most anticipated titles at the moment would have to be the Alien Quadrilogy box set which is set to include the Alien films along with a plethora of extra material. Thanks to the BBFC we can bring you some of the first official details on the box set. Right now we only have partial specs of course but this is the most comprehensive list that you'll find, at least until the official announcement. Pues yo me pillé en su día el pack nada más salir en Zona 1, intenté infructuosamente hacerme con el disco extra de "Alien Legacy" que Fox USA sólo enviaba por correo, no lo conseguí hasta que le compré a un chaval el que se incluyó aquí con la edición española, entonces lo metí en una amaray sencilla con la carátula y el inserto que Sharpline había colgado en su web...
...Y, después de todo eso, qué quieres que te diga, estoy deseando que salga el megapack de ALIEN QUADRILOGY para gastarme en él mis dineros, y hasta puede que me pille el ALIEN SAGA éste que saca ahora Image Entertainment.
Vamos que, por mí, cuanto más mejor.

Como ya he dicho, hace 3 o 4 años quizá hubiese picado, pero ahora salen cientos de títulos, así que prefiero gastarme el dinero en algo que no tengo, que aún queda mucho y muy bueno por salir este año...

El director´s cut de ALIEN sera un timo, porque supongo que solo montaran las escenas descartadas que ya vimos en el LEGACY en la peli. Lo mismo hay algun plano mas que se guardaron en la manga pero mira que lo dudo.

Bufff, me extraña mucho. Desde el prncipio se dijo que se incluía, y lo he visto en todas las listas de contenidos que han salido hasta ahora sobre el pack. Y eso de "for space reason", como que no cuela.
Yo les veo dispuestos a echar el todo por el todo con este pack, y dudo que a última hora nos decepcionen quitando este documental. Claro que todo es posible. El tiempo dirá.

Pues que no te extrañe, Kamoiras, porque los chicos de The Digital Bits han estado siguiendo muy de cerca todo la producción del pack para detallarla en su libro de inminente salida The Digital Bit's Insiders Guide To DVD, y esto es lo que el propio Bill Hunts ha posteado recientemente en los foros de Home Theater Forum :

Bueno pues q alguien me explique eso de q los digipacks no pueden ser de mas de 9 dvds, porq me suena a chorrada gorda. Ya sabía lo del libro de Thedigitalbits, Roy, si alguien sabe algo acerca de este pack tienen que ser éstos, pero aún así me cuesta un poco creerlo (quizás porque no quiero q sea cierto <img src=https://www.mundodvd.com/forum/emoticons/disappointed.gif ALT=":(("> )
La verdad, sería una pena q no viniera el alien legacy. Por un lado para los q tengan el anterior pack es un consuelo bastante pobre (vamos, q no creo q lo hagan para contentarlos), y para los q no lo tengan pues se quedan sin él, y se supone q este pack iba a recopilar todo lo habido y por haber de la saga Alien. A mí eso de la falta de espacio me cuesta creerlo.
