Por fin se ha anunciado el lanzamiento para el próximo 19 de julio, y a través de Lionsgate, de este dulcísimo título del apetitoso catálogo de Miramax.

Espero que haya más suerte que con la edición Canadiense, de Alliance, la cual tiene bloqueo zonal.

De la edición USA no ha trascendido gran cosa hasta el momento en cuanto a idiomas, extras, etc..., tan sólo "...High Definition and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio, the film features award-winning casts and engaging storytelling. The Blu-ray Disc premiere is packed with special features including filmmaker audio commentaries, deleted scenes, featurettes, auditions and more!

hay ganitas de probarla

Aquí en España con el dvd la peli había ganado 5 Oscars :D

Supongo que vendrá corregido en la edición HD.

¿No salió finalmente esta peli en España? He mirado en varias tiendas y ninguna la tiene.

De las pocas que duplicare en DVD y blu-ray. Como Shakespeare in Love, Notting Hill o ESDLA

Otro que duplicará :agradable :agradable pero sólo cuando el precio haya bajado lo suficiente...

Extras:

-The Making of Chocolat (SD; 28:41) starts with a quasi-trailer and then gets into some of the nuts and bolts of what it took to adapt the original source novel to the screen. This featurette offers a lot of interviews with cast and crew.

-The Costumes of Chocolat (SD; 4:20) looks at the simple but elegant costume designs of Renee Ehrlich Kalfus.

-Production Design Featurette (SD; 7:57) does similar service for the film's
location shooting as well as contributions made by Production Designer David Gropman.

-Deleted Scenes (SD; 7:11) features several short snippets, including a couple of interesting extra character beats for Lena Olin's put upon character and her abusive husband.

-Audio Commentary with Director Lasse Hallstrom and Producers David Brown, Kit Golden and Leslie Holleran is a very interesting commentary with excellent interplay between the participants. A lot of information about the subtext of what might appear to be a fairly thin premise is explored, and a lot of very interesting information about the film's adaptation and production is also included.

Según he podido ver en Fnac.es, mañana sale a la venta esta peli. En dvdgo la tienen en oferta por 9 €. En Amazon.es de momento no hay rastro de ella (a ver si se van poniendo las pilas con el tema de lanzamientos y stock).

Ayer la compré junto con otras muchas aprovechando la oferta de los 5 € del MM.
La verdad es que tengo un montón en cola y tan solo me ha dado tiempo a probarla y compararla con el DVD.

Mis primeras impresiones de esta maravillosa película serían que la imagen es mejorable. Esta peli tiene un filtro muy suave que le da ese aspecto. El BD mejora al DVD como cabía esperar pero tampoco por mucho. Contraste y color son parecidos y aunque hay más nitidez, a mi juicio también se notan más las imperfecciones de la imagen.

De todas formas a ver si el finde me da más tiempo a verlo con más calma.
