No, yo tengo dos preorders de agosto en el envío y tengo l notificación del envío del viernes pasado con todo incluido.

Me han llamado de FedEx aduanas para pedirme mis datos personales. Luego he recibido tres mails de ellos para que les autorize ante la AEAT para hacer trámites a mi nombre. ¿Vosotros habéis recibo algo igual? ¿Los habéis autorizado? En la factura de Severin que me envía FedEx pone el total (265$)

A mí sólo me enviaron el email de compromiso y nada más!! Y cero recetas!!

No deciais siempre ponian un valor declarado muy bajo?

By this I mean possible VAT and taxes when the packet arrives in Spain.

My previous experience with you has always been satisfactory as the declared value was always very low and I didnt have to pay any taxes so far.

This is one of the reasons that for this sale I spent more than 400$.

Today I have just read a couple of comments from forum colleagues here in Spain asked by FEDEX to give them a receipt of their purchase, screenshots of their VISA or Paypal charge, etc in order to proceed with Spanish customs, so I guess they will end up paying quite a lot for taxes and duties.

So the big question for me is if you can declare a lower value than the actual one for my shipment

Hi xxxccc.
We can list the value low but we have been paying customs & duties up front now that we have been using FedEx, so in theory you shouldn't have to pay any more yourself. If there is an issue when the order arrives, please let us know.

De entrada yo les diria todo lo que te piden y si te hacen pagar les reclamaria pues tal como me contestan a mi, las tasas las han pagado ellos por adelantado.

Les he reenviado los e-mail de FedEx y me han pedido que les de 1 día para ver qué ha podido pasar. A ver si queda bien la cosa.

Con FedEx no debería haber ningún problema, es como Vinegar.

Sí, pero a veces...
A mi me ha pasado con CDJapan y Fedex, pidiendome captura de cargo en VISA o Paypal y captura del pedido + confirmacion de nombre y DNI.
Las 2 veces les adjunte todo y les dije que el IVA ya venia pagado pues CDJapan asi lo hace desde hace unos meses (si quieres) y esta adherido a la plataforma IOSS.
La primera vez sin receta pero la segunda 30 y pico+9 y pico de gestion por Fedex. Suerte que CDJapan me lo reembolso con puntos.

Mañana deberían entregármelo. Veremos. A FedEx les he enviado simplemente el número IOSS que me ha proporcionado Severin como que habían pagado las tasas. No les he autorizado nada a mi nombre.
