FedEx me está pidiendo la DUA y la factura importación para recibir el simple disco de Opera de reemplazo y que han declarado valor 1 dólar.
¿qué es la documentación DUA?

El DUA es el Documento único administrativo, necesario para declarar ante la Agencia Tributaria toda importación/exportación de mercancías entre países no comunitarios.
Sospecho que si te piden el DUA es porque desde Severin o bien se han equivocado y no han gestionado ellos el trámite conforme los gastos son prepaid (a pagar en origen por ellos como remitente) con lo que FedEx entiende que son collect (a pagar por el destinatario) y pretenderá facturártelos a tí, o directamente Severin pasa de nosotros y pretende que paguemos su error por no haber comprobado algo tan básico como la imágen de un disco antes de proceder al envío masivo de miles de copias defectuosas.
Una cosa: legalmente no se permite declarar que una mercancía no tiene valor, se suele indicar un gasto simbólico (1dólar en este caso), y se añade una coletilla del tipo "mercancía sin valor comercial", precisamente para quedar exentas de IVA y/o gastos de importación. Te sugiero si Severin no respira, que le pases a FedEx el DUA de importación del envío original y les expliques que se trata de un disco óptico de reemplazo sin valor comercial.
A ver que te dicen de Severin al respecto, espero que se hagan cargo ellos de los gastos.
Me piden lo mismo. Suficiente tengo con tratar con estos temas diariamente en el trabajo como para ahora tener que hacerlo por una cagada de ellos...

Qué cosas más raras, si Severin no lo gestiona, de vuelta que se va porque es que además yo veo bien la película con el disco que tengo...
Si no te lo facilitó FedEx en el anterior envío (o igual te llegó impreso adjunto en la caja), ni puedes obtenerlo tú mismo o bien desde el enlace que te dejo bajo estas líneas o desde la propia web de FedEx buscando por el nº de seguimiento del envío anterior, facilitales el nº de seguimiento del envío original e indícales que se trata de un disco óptico blu-ray (mejor no les digas UHD) que no contiene ningún embalaje de plástico y que es un reemplazo enviado por el remitente sin valor comercial, que sustituye al enviado originalmente y que resultó defectuoso.Cita:

Si os ha llegado dicho mail solicitando que aportéis la siguiente información:
Abrid el AWB (air waybill) que os han adjuntado: en la casiila "Payment" se indica claramente al remitente SEVERIN FILMS como responsable de los cargos del transporte y gastos de Aduana.Cita:
1.Motivo de la importación de la mercancía.
2.Aportar DUA y Factura de exportación
3.Si la mercancía ha sido reparada confirmar si ha sido en garantía
a título gratuito y oneroso, en cuyo caso debe aparecer el valor
de la reparación.
4. En el caso de cesión a otro agente , Nombre /NIF.
Indicádselo a FedEx junto a la coletilla de que se trata de un disco de reemplazo de un envío anterior sin valor comercial, bla, bla, bla, que indiqué en el post anterior.
Importante: adjuntadles también el DUA de importación (o bien el identificador MRN del mismo que consta en la parte superior derecha de dicho documento) del envío original que la propia FedEx tiene la obligación de haberos remitido en su momento vía e-mail o vía carta.
En principio, no deberían de poneros más pegas.
