Esperemos que Vinegar haya resuelto el problema.

Pues otro por aqui que ha recibido factura de Fedex para pagar en total 9,78€.
A mi de momento solo me ha llegado para mi ultimo pedido de octubre.
Como no quiero problemas, he pagado y enviado email a Vinegar con fotos de la carta, documento de aduanas y recibo comforme he pagado.
A ver que me dicen.

Algo han tocado está claro. O les han pillado.

En menos de 2 horas me han contestado:

I'm so sorry about that! It seems like we are having some trouble this month with import fees being charged to the recipient rather than the sender. Nothing has changed on our end and we believe we have figured out the issue, so this should not happen with any other packages.

Thanks for sending the invoice. I've initiated a refund for 9,78 EUR . You should see the funds in your account in 3-5 days.

Tambien recibido aviso de la app del banco diciendome se ha reembolsado la cantidad de 9,78€.

Les he dado las gracias y comentado que quizas el error reside en que en uno de los documentos, (que yo antes no recibia y ahora en la carta de Fedex si estaba) pone "duties and taxes payable by consignee". Como digo, no se que podia poner antes en ese documento pues yo solo recibia la DUA por parte de Fedex.

En todo caso, bravo por Vinegar!!!

A mi las de Severin del Black Friday me llegaron ya la semana pasada. Eso si, no había ninguna preventa o novedad.
