Hulk, ese email es calcado al mio, vamos, idéntico, yo les he vuelto a escribir, porque ahí no dice nada que no sepamos, dicen que te devuelven el dinero si el pre-order baja, pero no dice nada del precio una vez en stock.

Pues en teoría y tal como expone el mail, si que van a proceder a la devolución de las 5 libras.

Acabo de mirar mi mail de confirmación de pedido y marca claramente esto:

"Our Pre-order Price Guarantee covers one or more item(s) in this order. If the Amazon.co.uk price decreases between the time you place your order and the release date, you will pay the lowest price. Terms and conditions apply."

Les daré el beneficio de la duda y si la semana que viene no me hacen ningún refund, mail al canto.

No lo veo pero me parece extraño porque las ultimas novedades de Warner venia con el DVD...

La edición española es de 2 BD. Si quieres también el dvd, lo tienes que comprar a parte por unos 18 pavos.

Acabo de estar en Media Markt y lo tenían ahí, a punto de colocarlo.. les he preguntando que si no me lo vendían y me han dicho que hasta el 10 no podían.. no tienen corazón oiga jaja

Por lo menos, el 10 si que estará en tiendas, cosa que no tenía yo muy claro.
Pero eso de enseñar una peli a alguien y decirle que no se la vende hasta una fecha determinada es de ser un desalmado

Algunos estamos ya unos dias que nos subimos por las paredes, así que fíjate jeje. Parece que al final tampoco será tan limitada como parecia no?? las tiendas físicas tendrán sus unidades.

Al fin me aparece como Dispatched, eso sí, no me llega hasta el día 14.

Se supone que es el día 9, espero que haya sido un error del dependiente.
Y la verdad es que tampoco me dio por preguntarle mucho más porque a punto estuve de robarle la película y echar a correr.. así que decidí irme tranquilamente sin decir más antes de cometer un delito

Claro, siempre van a vender en tienda unidades, pasa como el huevo, el otro día vi 2 en el fnac...

Warner hubiese podido hacer el gesto de sacar la peli para antes del puente y asi vender muchas más unidades.
Pero con la cupula en marketing que se gasta esta gente, no sé si llegaría a vender una botella de Font Vella a un naufrago.

Efectivamente, ya ni me acuerdo el dìa que salió la edición extendida coleccionista de El Retorno del Rey ( con la figura de Golum). Yo la reservé en la Fnac porque leì que se iban a vender como rosquillas. Pues no hace mucho vi en un Mediamarkt que todavìa estaba a la venta!!!! . Todo se trata de campañas de marketing

Vamos por partes; querido amigo xton: desgraciadamente no estaba de vacaciones (cosa que a mi esto de viajar no me va demasiado, y luego cuando veo los líos que se montan en los aeropuertos y demás me entran sudores fríos, por la irremediable locura de la humanidad... Además: ¿para qué? Con lo a gustito que se está al ladito de tu Home Cinema, de tus amigos del foro, y de tu ordenador; rentabilizando lo que te costó el 1º...)...
Por desgracia ayer se me "murió" el teclado inhalámbrico del Mac (se "paró", dejó de funcionar, sin aviso previo, e ipso facto, sin remisión...), y no he podido agenciarme uno hasta hace un ratillo...
¿Sabéis lo que supone eso en plena crisis de amazon?

Poder ver, y leer casi todo, y no participar, ni escribir una letrilla?...
Casi como si me hubieran amordazado con la famosa máscara...

Y que conste que estoy en el mismo caso que la mayoría de vosotros.
Llevando tranquilamente lo del "dispaching soon" desde ni se sabe, hasta que esta tarde, al conectar, me encuentro con la bromita de la rebaja.

Una BOFETADA en toda regla.

En mi caso me lo mandaron hoy mismo. Y ya, por supuesto, les he mandado el correspondiente mail (de 3 folios y medio, más menos...). poniendo, como no podía ser menos el grito en el cielo...
A ver qué contestan.

Y recomiendo a todos que lo hagáis, y sigáis haciéndolo hasta que no recibáis una respuesta apropiada (la devolución de esas 5 libras).
Y para otra vez que se lo curren mejor, XD...
¿Cómo se puede tener a la gente esperando, sin dejar cancelar, y luego meter de golpe la rebajiata dichosa?...


Paren este carro; que me bajo. Este no es mi amazon, que me lo han cambiado.

Lo que esta sucediendo con esta edición en uk me parece una falta de respeto considerable para todos aquellos que desde hace meses hemos mostrado interés en ella.

Otro al que le han dicho que no tiene derecho a Refund y tengo el maletin en Dispatching Soon desde el Domingo. Estoy que trino. Les he vuelto a contestar con este maravilloso mail en perfecto "spanglish":

"I am very disappointed with your answer. My item is "Dispatching soon", paid from my credit card and NOT SHIPPED for three days without a reason and I can´t cancel the order for the new best price that you have. I don´t have the item shipped and I don´t have a refund or a promotional code with the price difference.
It´s the last time I make a preorder from amazon.co.uk. The next time I will buy the item after the release date with the best price or I will buy the item on another internet shop like HMV."

Que bien me he quedado con la parrafada. Voy a estar recontestandoles hasta que me devuelvan mis 5 libras. No me envian nada, no lo puedo cancelar y encima me cobran el precio más caro. Si mañana no me dicen nada les dire que me cancelen el pedido.
La primera vez que Amazon.co.uk no tiene un buen trato. Con lo bonita que era nuestra historia de amor.
