Según este comentario, el blu-ray americano está bloqueado de región. Por si alguien se quería importar la edición por el tema de los extras.

The included blu-ray is annoyingly region locked, although this is not as annoying as you might think as all of the specials are also on the UHD. All specials are 1080p. There's basically one short feature for each character and a featurette on making the movie along with all the Easter eggs you can find. These are pretty good. There's also the full "Peaches" song by Jack Black, if you care, and then ATJ talking about making the princess a more powerful and capable character than in the games.
