Me han contestado al mail que les he mandado.

We apologise that you have received the incorrect item for your order
and upon checking it would seem that this is due to human error during
our packing process.

We would ask that you please return the item to the following address
and upon receipt we will take the necessary action to correct this
error.

We use a freepost address there is no need to send the item recorded
delivery but we do request that you obtain a proof of postage from your
local post office. This will act as your guarantee should the item go
'astray' in the postal system and not reach us.

Please ensure that you enclose a note (or copy of the e-mails) with the
returned item along with you order number which will enable us to deal
with as quickly as possible for you.

Comentan lo del posible error humano al empaquetarlo. Pero lo dudo, ya que no he sido el único al que le ha pasado y además si han quitado lo de Steel case de la web es que la que venden ahora es la Amaray. Igual les mando otro mail preguntando si tienen alguna steel case por que si no paso de enviar el dvd para nada.
