What makes Megalopolis so strange and, for a big-budget Hollywood film, so singular, is that, just like Vergil’s Aeneid, it is at once accretive, allusive, and idiosyncratic because Coppola is attempting something very few artists have ever done: to speak from inside the imperial organism, even as it begins to crack, and to craft a vision that is both a monument to its grandeur and a requiem for its decline.

Creo que no. Según la cita que has puesto, en Español es con qu las dos (el título de la película antigua en español, como es normal), y en francés con k y qu:
Dunkerque, conocida también como Dunquerque en español6 (oficialmente Dunkerque en francés ; Dunkirk en inglés ; Duinkerke o Duinkerken en neerlandés) es una ciudad portuaria del norte de Francia, situada en el departamento del Norte, en la región de Alta Francia.
Es decir, la de Nolan la han titulado con el nombre en francés para distinguirla de la antigua.

En Español son válidas las dos formas, sí: Grafía tradicional española, aunque, según el DPD, en desuso en favor de la mayoritaria y coincidente con la francesa, Dunkerque.
Lo que queda claro es que "Dunquerque" es una forma únicamente española, no francesa.

Lo que queda claro es que Nolan no va a defraudar visto lo visto. Y aunque fuese al revés y la critica la hubiera tumbado, con lo que me gusta este director que cuenten con mi dinero.
