Aunque no es de la segunda parte, el 22 de agosto se edita en UK The Evil Dead - Book of the Dead, para lo rezagados que se hayan quedado sin libro de z1 o para aquellos cuyo reproductor no sea multizona.
Curiosamente, ademas del disco gemelo a la edicion de z1, hay un segundo disco, pero no os emocioneis, no son mas extras de evil dead ni nada parecido, sino 'Running Time', una pelcula protagonizada por Bruce Campbell, que nada tiene que ver con la trilogia de Raimi.
