Os explico el caso:
Compre un poster de 1963 (the raven) por 305 dolares porque el anunciante decia que era original.
PERO ES UNA REPRODUCCCION DEL ORIGINAL tanto que estan reproducidos los plieges del original.
Es una reproduccion de hace años porque el papel por detras esta amarillento pero de original nada de nada. Reprint del original

Vintage 1963 Movie poster, this is a FULL SIZE 41 x 23 in ORIGINAL in near mint condition, the only problem is it has 10 tiny holes left by 5 staples, other than that there are no hole or tears, the color is perfect. Posters like this in much worse condition retails for $650, a similar poster recently sold on ebay for $238, this one is truly near mint, don't let it get away!

He presentado la queja a paypal a instancias de ebay, mayoritariamente les he escrito lo que podeis leer arriba.
El vendedor tengo constancia que les ha respondido y ya estan debatiendo el caso sin pedirme otras pruebas , dicen que se basaran en la descripcion del producto y nuestras alegaciones, Pero yo tengo el poster y solo con verlo se sabe que es un timo.
Que puedo hacer si no prospera la queja?
Se podria denunciar a ebay por permitir tales cosas?

He recibido hace nada este ultimo mail del vendedor, mirad lo que me dice el tipejo:
the paper was folded and you can see the original folds in the paper, not the print. I do not have money to return you even if I believed you. You can file a complaint with ebay but there is nothing I can do, I do not believe it is a copy.
