What makes Megalopolis so strange and, for a big-budget Hollywood film, so singular, is that, just like Vergil’s Aeneid, it is at once accretive, allusive, and idiosyncratic because Coppola is attempting something very few artists have ever done: to speak from inside the imperial organism, even as it begins to crack, and to craft a vision that is both a monument to its grandeur and a requiem for its decline.

Rome-based Senior Background & Crowd Coordinator working across Italy on film, television, commercial productions, and extras casting.
As an independent professional, I collaborate with production companies, structured service providers, and creative agencies, delivering reliable and scalable coordination for both large-scale and medium-size projects, including AOSM.
My experience includes historical and high-volume productions such as M – Il Figlio del Secolo (up to 12,000 background performers coordinated) and recurring collaborations with renowned directors including Paolo Sorrentino, Matteo Garrone, Francis Ford Coppola, Joe Wright, and others.
