Por cierto, algunos de los HD DVD Universal de amazon.de los han bajado a 8,95 euros.

¿Sabéis si en amazon.de también se puede pedir el "Post-Order Price Guarantee"?

Eso eso que alguien informe,que compre hace 2 dias y ahora los han bajado.

Una duda 300 en amazon.de sale en ingles,aleman ,italiano estara tambien en castellano?

Me acaban de contestar de amazon.de al respecto de los refunds. Buenas noticias... os pego el texto:

We are pleased to inform you that we are able to adjust the price of an order in instances where not more than thirty days have passed between the date on which an order was dispatched and the time that an item is reduced in price on our site.

The refund should appear as a credit on your next bank statement. Completed refunds information can be viewed when you visit "Mein Konto"(http://www.amazon.de/mein-konto). Please click on "Offene und kürzlich versandte Bestellungen" and sign in with your e-mail address and password. Then press on "Bestellung ansehen oder ändern" next to the relevant order. The refund information will be visible at the bottom of the order's summary page. You will also receive an automatic e-mail from us (in German) confirming the amount and date of the transaction.

Me acaban de contestar de amazon.de al respecto de los refunds. Buenas noticias... os pego el texto:

Por lo que puedo leer y entender es que siguiendo los pasos que vienen en aleman, llego a donde esta mi transaccion y luego recibire un msj automatico de confirmación del reembolso de la diferencia del importe.es eso no?

Si alguien sigue los pasos y consigue que le devuelvan el dinero que lo diga, que yo los he seguido y sólo puedo mirar el estado del pedido y sus detalles. ¿No hay que pedirlo explícitamente por email?
