Sí, no se si son fidedignos o no pero con la reputación de O. Russell tampoco me pareció algo extraño. De todas formas ha comentado la propia Lawrence:

Enesimo capitulo sobre el trato y la relacion de David O'Russell y sus actores. Sea real el dato o no.

Lo curioso de todo, o la gran ironia, como siempre se ha dicho, es el hecho que es su mejor virtud como director, el arte de dirigir actores, dado que suelen ser lo mas destacado de sus peliculas.

Interesante lo que comentas, Zack. Y no es extraño. Muchos de los considerados directores de actores, hablo de los importantes, han tenido roces e incluso, han buscado, las cosquillas para enrarecer el rodaje y asegurar así el clímax perfecto para el tono de la historia que querían contar.
Me viene a la memoria siempre Mujeres al borde de un ataque de nervios, una película que adoro hasta las trancas y que me parece una delicia. Años después, me enteré por la propia Carmen Maura que el rodaje fue un infierno y que Pedro provocaba en gran medida ese ambiente, para que Maura apareciese finalmente tan desquiciada y perfecta en el papel de Pepa.

Yo creo, respecto a Russell, que los roces son mucho más comunes de lo que la gente suele pensar, sobre todo cuando ves los Making off de los dvds y todos se quisieron y fueron muy felices.
Seamos claros, sigue siendo un trabajo (por muy bonito que aparezca en pantalla) donde unos dan órdenes y otros tienen que aceptarlas. De lo contrario, sería una jaula de grillos.

In the teaser — which failed to include any dialogue — each main member of the cast was shown for a brief moment on screen, including Robert DeNiro, Bradley Cooper, Édgar Ramírez and, of course, Lawrence. Quick shots, accompanied by solemn instrumental music, showed the 24-year-old actress tearfully attending a funeral, using heavy machinery, picking up a child, standing in a prison cell, shooting a gun and eventually, filming on a set.

While little is known about Cooper’s role in the film, he did appear to be working on a set in two scenes.

JLaw plays Joy Mangano, the famed inventor of the “Miracle Mop” in the film, and from the looks of things this will be a far more somber and dramatic journey than we were expecting — certainly much darker the one she took during her last outing with David O. Russell, “American Hustle.” The preview was set to very moody music, and showed Mangano struggling to raise her kids as a single mom, furiously sketching out images of the Mop, appearing on a QVC-esque infomercial, and at one point holding a gun.

We also saw glimpses of JLaw’s frequent collaborator Bradley Cooper, who plays an executive from the Home Shopping Network. Robert De Niro was in it as well playing Mangano’s father, with Édgar Ramírez rounding up the gang as Mangano’s ex-husband. All in all, what we saw at CinemaCon today was plenty enough to get both press and theater owners alike ready to line up to see this film.
