I write to you this e-mail to draw your attention to the bad attitude shown by the spanish Warner Home Video section.
They dont' offer spanish subtitles in the audio commentary tracks, they constantly cancel or delay the releases of new titles without warning nor explanation and they don't even answer to the e-mail questions or complaints.
Even more, the quality of the new releases is in most cases less than acceptable. They always lack most of the DVD extras available in other countries like USA, England or Germany, and they sell them as "special" or "premiere" editions. The last episode of this drama has been the release of the film "Gremlims" without spanish audio track. Yes, this film has been released in Spain with english, french and italian tracks, but without the spanish one.
I am a member of an online DVD forum with more than 7.000 users ( www.mundodvd.tk ), and we are most unconfortable with the attitude of Warner Home Video Spain. We have complaint to them a lot of times, but they answer with bad excuses or don't even answer. One of the most used excuses is that the american mother branch does not provide them with all the material, or does it with less quality than desired, and they can't do anything to solve it.
We would like you to take some actions in this matter, because the overall impression of your company in our country is very poor, and we know Warner H.V. does a great, great job with its releases in the rest of the world.
