Re-releases to commemorate 20th anniversary.

May 30, 2007 - Metal Gear turns 20 this year, and it looks like Konami is planning a big celebration. In Japan, at least.
According to the release schedule in the latest issue of Japan's biggest game magazine, Weekly Famitsu, Konami will be re-releasing all the main entries in the series from Metal Gear Solid on. This includes the Solid home console games as well as Portable Ops for the PSP.
The Famitsu chart lists the following titles: Metal Gear Solid (PlayStation, 1500 yen), Metal Gear Solid 2 Sons of Liberty (PS2, 1800 yen), Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater (PS2, 2800 yen) and Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops (PSP, 2800 yen). In addition to the individual releases, Konami will bundle all games together in the 6900 yen Metal Gear Solid Collection package.
Set for release on 7/26, all these re-releases will be prefixed with "Metal Gear 20th Anniversary" title, suggesting that Metal Gear fans can look forward to special packaging. Hopefully that will include the sizable fan base in the western world

Encuentro el precio individual baratísimo. A ver a qué precios llega, si llega. Pero no dicen la consola, ¿serán para las mismas consolas que salieron? ¿O alguna especie de remake/reedición para PS2?

De momento solo son reediciones (individuales o en pack) de los juegos de PSX, PS2 y PSP. El precio es barato pq es japo, es lo q ahora mismo valen alli esos juegos, cuando lleguen aqui ya lo inflaran.
Yo si el Mega Pack con todos juntos sale bien de precio y tiene una caja o algo "especial" me lo cogere fijo aunque ya tenga todos y algunos varias veces repes :lol
