evidentemente no me respondieron por problemas técnicos porque hoy me han respondido y no han pasado ni 24 horas.

Thanks for inquiry.

Q. I would like to know if the japanese model has limitations for an european owner like for example japanese menu only, blocked capability of PAL playback or power supply only intended for your market and not the european (220v). Could you tell me if the machine is free of that possible problems for an european user...? (manual in japanese is not a problem)

A. No such problem. Japanese model is the same as the model being sold in Europe.

It has '100-250 volt' 'English OSD' 'English marking on its body and remote', NSTC/PAL compatible.

Q. Wich is you experience with items with a high cost (like a projector) with europeans toll? Do you think I will have to pay taxes? Is the probability to pay low, high or always?
I recently bought a dvd player in a Unated States on-line shop and they always write on the papers that the item is a GIFT and only with that most of the times nobody pays taxes... How do you "label" your shipments?

A. Due to some reason, we can't describe it as 'gift', or 'demo'
Instead, we can declare it as '52,000 Yen value of 'computer display projector'.

Q. In the other hand my father owns a Toshiba MT500 videoprojector and the life lamp is close to it's end. I know that your web is very popular selling projectors lamps but I can't see the one I need for the Toshiba in your catalague. Are there any chances that you get any of them?

A. Sorry, we don't sell toshiba/jvc/nec lamps, unless you bought the projector from us.
Too long days to get it here, too little discount from MSRP is the reason not to sell.

Q. I'm sorry if I ask too many questions but I would like to have my doubts solved before taking the "risks" of buying something that expensive so far away from my country.

a. I understand it. Mitsubishi is best-selling projector in recent days. You may be waited for 3-4 days because it is not easy to get it here, due to its popularity.

Para ahorraros el cálculo 52000 yenes son 365 euros con lo cual el máximo de aranceles que se pagarían sería un 30% por esos 365 €.
Interesante...
