Low Contrast Spec = They could use a panel not from S-LCD (Sony/Samsung) but rather CMO / AUO... nobody knows.
WCCFL = New lamps to enrich colours. 92% NTSC (from 76%).
HDMI 1.3 = Does support the new colour space xvYCC.
Clear LCD = A polarizing filter has been removed from the coating, colours are more rich and there is higher contrast, but there is also more glare (a little less than Plasma's). Of course you can't turn it off.
