Hay muchas variables pero la mas importante es el perfil del mkv si es mayor highl4.1 seguramente tendras problemas a la hora de reproducirlos, hay un programa que se llama format-fatory que te dice todos los datos de cualquier video a parte de hacer muchas otras cosas mas te lo recomiendo.

me puedes explicar que significa.
Y si no se puede hacer nada para que los reproduzca sin tener que transformarlo.Me refiero a si actualizo el firmware podre verlos sin necesidad de hacer nada.
