Llega ese momento del año en el que la gente se curra vídeos recopilatorios con las mejores películas del año. Me parecen épicos. Este en concreto... en fin. Me ha ganado con las primeras notas de Runaway. La selección musical es una maravilla y el montaje una auténtica pasada. Un genio el que lo ha hecho.

Grandísimo vídeo. efectivamente esta muy trabajado y se disfruta totalmente. Además me ha servido para descubrir The forbidden room, tener muchas ganas de ver James White, recordar algunas de las películas que me han encantado durante este año, para volver a tomar nota de ver algo de Peter Strickland y para recordar que hay película que debería haber visto y no lo he hecho (aún)

Musicalmente hablando creo que el vídeo está muy bien, quien iba a decir que Gershwin iba a quedar tan bien para musicar un streptease, que Burwell este este año en todas las quinielas de premios (por fin ) o que Cindy Lauper puede servir para unir cuatro films tan diferentes Como Magic Mike XXL, Viaje a Sils María, Mad Max. Furia en al carretera y Miss America

La verdad es que ese momento Cindy Lauper es brutal. A mi también me ha impresionado que pudiera casar perfectamente con ese grito desgarrador de Furiosa en la duna. Qué grande es el cine leñe!!

He descubierto la Banda Sonora en Spotify así que le daré varias vueltas estos días. Este Opening me ha recordado a Philip Glass, y con eso me tiene más que ganado.

es que además se usa la canción de Lauper para cuatro películas donde las chicas se divierten (en mayor, menor o ningún grado)

Efectivamente, el Burwell de Carol recuerda a Glass, hecho que hace que a mí también me tenga ganado. Ya va quedando menos para el estreno del film.
