Empieza a “asomar la patita” la revisión de West Side Story en dirección para Spielberg, película, secundaria Ariana Debose, incluso secundaria Rita Moreno y actriz Rachel Zegler. Estas dos ultimas creo que lo tienen más difícil.

Por otra parte Don’t look up está siendo mencionada en película, guion y reparto, pero ninguna mención para su estelar reparto. Puede ser el gran “bluf” de la temporada si no remonta. Sobretodo pinchazo para Netflix.

Bueno, el film parece muy coral y ya veremos si alguna interpretación hace carrera. Yo creo que Di Caprio puede acabar sin problemas nominado y Lawrence, visto su idilio con la Academia, puede que también (y hablando de "idilios académicos", no digamos ya nada a estar alturas sobre la Streep).

Tras haber visto hoy a la Lady Gaga de House of Gucci, me quedo con la Kristen Stewart de Spencer.

Ojo, que creo que Lady Gaga lo hace muy bien y su personaje tiene algunos momentos de reacción física tremendos, pero me

quedo con el mayor grado de sutileza de la creación de Stewart.

Parece que Don't Look Up, Being The Ricardos y Nightmare Alley se caen de la carrera o como mucho rascarán nominaciones para cubrir el cupo. McKay no fue bien recibido con Vice y, a pesar de todo, consiguió un buen puñado. Veremos. Desde luego favoritas no son y tiene pinta de batalla entre Anderson, Campion, Branagh y Spielberg.

Macbeth está siendo muy poco promocionada parece ser.

Esto ya va cogiendo forma, viendo las mejores películas, según el AFI. El año pasado, de las 8 finalistas a mejor pelicula en los Oscar (este año van a ser diez), 6 ya fueron mencionadas en AFI, y las otras dos (The father y Promising young woman) eran británicas.
Las restantes las veo potentes, pero me quedan ciertas dudas con CODA y Don´t look up.
Porque Belfast va a estar en el top 10 de los Oscar, sí o sí.

Don't look Up tiene un 59% en RT.
Con eso no se puede ir a ningún lado.

McKay suele gustar mucho en la academia. No descartaría que entrase aunque sea la nominada más floja o la más divisoria.

No descartaría que haya 2 o 3 musicales nominados. West Side Story está clara, tick... tick...boom! ha logrado convencerlos y Cyrano ha calado aunque no tenga opciones.

Ojo también a Drive my Car o La peor persona del mundo que pueden estar nominados en película.

Aun es pronto para afirmarlo pero por lo visto en RT, Dont Look Up parece que gusta más al público que a la crítica. Estaríamos ante un caso similar a Bohemian Rhapsody.

Cierto. Hay que considerar que, a veces, son los gremios (como puede ser productores o actores) los que consiguen encumbrar a una peli, independientemente de que a la crítica le guste más o menos.
