Para abaratar costos, una compañía americana que fabrica artilugios tales como cojines que se tiran pedos al sentarse encima de ellos, dedos de espuma y carteras confeccionadas con bacon, traslada su centro de llamadas a la India. Todd Dempsy (Ben Rappaport), el nuevo gerente de la compañía, es el encargado de ejecutar la operación.
