Tema: Pesadilla antes de Navidad

Esta es el correo que les quiero enviar. Decirme si esta bien redactado, que aunque suelo escribir bastante en ingles, siempre pido ayuda si no estoy seguro de como escribir algo determinado.



Dear Sirs,

I am contacting you to tell that the last order has arrived damaged.

The first edition has arrived with a broken neck as you can see in the pictures.
The second edition has arrived with several spots of glue, holes, cracks and with unpainted mouth. You can see these flaws in the images I attached.

The problem does not come from transport, it seems que viene de fabrica (como escribo esto?)
Please, i hope that you solve the problem as soon as possible, since one of the two orders is for a gift.
