<blockquote>Quote:<hr>Music From the Movies reports that Hans Zimmer, who produced Klaus Badelt's score for Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, will compose the original scores for the two sequels. The first, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, will be released by Walt Disney Pictures the summer of 2006, with the untitled third film following the summer of 2007.

Hans Zimmer's other upcoming scores include Batman Begins (written with James Newton Howard), The Ring Two, Madagascar, and Over the Hedge.

Zimmer's score for The Ring was not released on CD at the time of release of Gore Verbinski's horror hit in 2002. Now, when the sequel premieres, Decca Records will release music from both films on a score album coming out on March 15th. Zimmer was joined by Henning Lohner and Martin Tillman in the creation of the scores for the two films.<hr></blockquote>
