Pinta un proyecto muy interesante. Él ha dirigido a una unidad de filmación en la trilogía de El hobbit, así que ya tiene algo de experiencia. Y me parece que es un profesional comprometido con lo que hace.

Resucito este hilo más de diez años después porque efectivamente Serkis acabó haciendo la película y ya tenemos aquí el primer avance:
No sé yo... a priori veo el tono -y el casting de voces- completamente errado. Esperemos que no hayan alterado el final jodidísimo del relato original.

No me gusta ni un pelo. Para nada. No he leído el libro original, pero mas o menos me conozco la historia y vi la peli original de los años 50, y el tono es completamente equivocado.
Creo que intentan llevar el concepto a las nuevas generaciones pero lo están haciendo de forma errónea, infantilizando y trivializando el mensaje, el tono y la intención original, que no se asemejaban en nada a esto. Parece otra peli de Hollywood cualquiera con chistes y formas de hablar estúpidas y unos diseños muy genéricos que harían a cualquiera creer que es una peli infantil o de animación familiar.
