Hace poco les hice una consulta sobre un pedido y me contestaron ésto:
However, we obtained this item and shipped your order via Deutsche Post Global Mail on November 30. We expect it to be delivered by the date currently listed in Your Account: December 28. If your order didn't arrive to meet up your needs kindly refuse the shipment when it arrives. When we receive the return, we will issue full refund.
We use DPGM (Deutsche Post Global Mail) to pick up World-Mail shipments from our U.S. fulfillment centers. This carrier clears the shipments across the border and final delivery is handled by your local Post office. We believe that this carrier will provide our customers with a more efficient delivery service.
