Hot Rod, he estado mirando y parece que es un bug de corrupción de datos de la app del Apple TV.
Si desinstalas la app por completo (dandole a eliminar), te la descargas de nuevo y vuelves a iniciar sesión, ya debería funcionar todo correctamente. Prueba a ver.

Curiosamente yo tengo el Apple TV 4K de primera generación (2017), y funciona tanto la resolución 4K como el HDR, cuando según Skyshowtime esto no debería ser así (requieren un Apple TV 4K de segunda generación o posterior).
En fin, vaya lío tienen.

Ojo, que indican que en el caso de la aplicación nativa para televisores LG, los contenidos 4K HDR solo funciona en paneles OLED. En el resto no. ¿Que disparate es ese de restringir calidades según el tipo de panel que monte?.
Están dejando fuera un montón de televisores de alta gama por sus santas narices, perfectamente capaces de reproducir 4K con HDR.
