Tema: TIFF, Telluride y NYFF 2017

Tal como se hizo el año pasado, abro hilo sobre dos de los festivales de otoño más influyentes de cara a la temporada de premios de fin de año. Y la primera noticia reseñable es el cartel del festival de Telluride de esta edición, diseñado por Lance Rutter:

El programa oficial de este festival se suele anunciar unos pocos días antes de su celebración, que en esta ocasión es del 1 al 4 de septiembre. En cuanto al festival de Toronto, se celebrará del 7 al 17 de septiembre, y las primeras películas a exhibición se empezarán a conocer a finales de julio.

Hoy a las cuatro de la tarde (diez de la mañana en Toronto), se anunciará la primera remesa de películas que participarán en el TIFF de este año. Semana a semana, hasta finales de agosto, iremos conociendo los más de trescientos films que se verán en esta edición.
