Good afternoon,
as some of you may know with UHD's title of Braveheart technical complications have occurred and UHD discs can not be played on specific brands of dedicated players.

After a few days we've managed to identify the issue and it's about authoring a disc that originated in the United States.
Current discs contain a bug that prevents the movie from running on Sony, LG and OPPO brands. Conversely, Samsung, Panasonic, and Xbox do not report problems at the moment.

At present the 20th Century Fox studio with Technicolor is working to quickly repair and produce new and flawless UHDs.
We ask the merchants who got this title and sell it to inform their customers about this issue in advance. Currently the next expedition has been suspended until new drives are available.
New products should arrive at the beginning of December. We do our best to keep the title on the Christmas market.

Thank you for your understanding and your tolerance in solving this unquestionably very unpleasant issues.

Pues nada a esperar una actualización para quitar ese bug,,..

Guau, la cantidad de fallos que está habiendo en UHD.

Ahora ya no sirve de nada comprarla en el BF aunque supongo que reemplazarán los discos.

No habla de eso, sino de un cambio en la fabricación de los discos.

Ya, de paso podían implementar el Dolby Vision como está en la USA.

Al principio del texto lo indica: es una respuesta de la filial checa. En España no tenemos ninguna noticia al respecto. Podrían simplemente cambiar los discos en futuras tiradas y tirar millas.

Con la de Robin Hood nos van a mandar una copia nueva por un bug que tiene en el sonido. En este caso no se como lo haran, pero desde luego la película cambiar os la cambian. Es de traca que esten pasando estas cosas con los UHD.

Ya. Siendo Fox no espero milagros.

Probada en un X700 y un X800 y me bloquea los reproductores, por lo que he pedido la devolución a Movies Distribución y me abonarán el importe de la película.
Ya la volveré a comprar cuando el problema de lectura se solucione.
