"This release is a milestone because it's the first time the 189-minute Theatrical Cut (TC) has been on Blu-ray. Warner Bros. put the TC out on VHS and a letterboxed LD in May 1992. WB re-used the non-anamorphic transfer on its European DVDs, beginning ca. 1999 in France. I have a Warner/Fox PAL DVD of the TC that was pressed in 2012. I have interleaved frame grabs of it with other transfers in the Screenshots tab. (Oddly, the TC was never issued on R1 DVD.) Like Shout's Natural Born Killers set, the TC is only presented with a 1080p transfer."

Me doy con un canto en los dientes con el hecho de que, al menos, Stone no tenga prohibido editar la película original, y permita usar el mismo máster nuevo para el bd. Ojalá hicieran todos lo mismo: que ellos promuevan y promocionen su versión favorita de su película, pero sin privarnos de poder disfrutar de la película tal y como triunfó en su día. Siempre sumando, claro que sí.

Como "alguien" nos saque por aquí ese bd con el nuevo máster, la versión original de la película y el doblaje de cines, podría ser, y estamos en enero, el lanzamiento hd del año...
