“Sinners” Debuts in North America on Digital on June 3

4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD arrive on July 8

Burbank, CA, May 27, 2025 – “You keep dancing with the devil, one day he’s gonna follow you home.” Academy Award-nominated filmmaker Ryan Coogler’s new vision of fear, “Sinners,” debuts Digitally at home on June 3.

From Warner Bros. Pictures and Ryan Coogler, director of “Black Panther” and “Creed” and starring Michael B. Jordan, the critically acclaimed film has a “certified fresh” 97% Rotten Tomatoes score and is among the highest grossing horror movies of all time with a global box office of more than $316 million. “Sinners” posted the largest opening for an original film since “Us” was released in 2019 and is the only horror film in over 35 years to receive an “A” CinemaScore.

On June 3, “Sinners” will be available Digitally at home on participating digital platforms, including Amazon Prime Video, AppleTV, Fandango at Home, and more.


On July 8 “Sinners” will be available to own on 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD from online and physical retailers. “Sinners” will also continue to be available in high definition and standard definition from participating digital retailers.
Written and directed by Academy Award-nominated filmmaker Coogler, “Sinners” stars Jordan in a dual role, joined by Oscar nominee Hailee Steinfeld, Miles Caton, Jack O’Connell, Wunmi Mosaku, Jayme Lawson, Omar Miller, and Delroy Lindo.

The film is produced by Zinzi Coogler, Sev Ohanian and Ryan Coogler. The executive producers are Ludwig Göransson, Will Greenfield and Rebecca Cho.

Coogler’s behind-the-camera artisans include his “Black Panther” franchise collaborators: director of photography Autumn Durald Arkapaw, Oscar-winning production designer Hannah Beachler, editor Michael P. Shawver, Oscar-winning composer Ludwig Göransson, and Oscar-winning costume designer Ruth E. Carter.

“Sinners” will be presented with expanded aspect ratio sequences, allowing consumers to see both 1.78:1 and 2.76:1 aspect ratios, as intended by the filmmaker for home viewing.

Synopsis

Trying to leave their troubled lives behind, twin brothers (Jordan) return to their hometown to start again, only to discover that an even greater evil is waiting to welcome them back.

Ha pasado igual con Fallout y Tiburón.

Hablando de este diseño, la (horrible) moda actual es meter a trescientas personas en la carátula (no ponen al chaval que lleva los cafés porque ya no cabe) y en esta película que tiene a dos hermanos gemelos como protagonistas sólo ponen a uno en las ediciones steel.
En el amaray salen los dos pero también con tropecientas personas.

Por si alguien no la ha pillado, parece que compartimos edición con Francia.

Ese cartel con "tropecientas personas" es el cartel original de la película.

Los spoilers, por favor. Puede parecer una tontería para algunos, pero a mí al menos me gusta saber lo menos posible del argumento de las películas (no veo ni los trailers). Si los actores/director me gustan, veo la película sin saber nada o casi nada.

Yo tampoco suelo ver los trailers y me gusta ser muy cuidadoso con lo que escribo, a la más mínima duda lo pongo en "spoiler", pero de verdad que no veo absolutamente nada de nada de spoiler en lo que he dicho. No he destripado ni medio gramo del argumento.

Ese cartel con "tropecientas personas" es el cartel original de la película.

A eso me refiero con la dichosa "moda" que ponen a tropecientas personas en los carteles y me parece horrible.

A riesgo de que se me acabe el chollo, gente, si no os queréis quedar con las ediciones, mejor confiar siempre en las tiendas locales. Suelen recibir mas copias y fallar menos.

Yo en principio no contaría con que el UHD lleve ni alemán ni italiano.
La carátula indica como idiomas "inglés, castellano y francés" para el UHD.
El BD parece que cambia el francés por el alemán, pero tampoco nada de italiano.

Esto basándome en la carátula, que luego después dentro puede ser otra cosa. Pero Warner aquí no suele esconder audios.

Han puesto ya en Amazon la hoja trasera pero a baja definición y parece que sólo tiene francés aparte de la vo y castellano.

Veremos si es cierto o hay más idiomas.

Que tiene que ser la francesa sí o sí. Cancelada la otra y reservada esta.
