Tema: Ayudita please!!! (alguién que sepa inglés)

Bueno vereís, pedí la famosa latita de Blade Runner a hmv y supuestamente me la enviarón el día 6 de Diciembre pero hasta hoy nada de nada, y como tampoco me enviarón los de hmv el código de envío de la lata pues no puedo saber si esta en manos de Correos o donde demonios esta, ya me estoy preocupando y todo, lógicamente el producto lo tengo pagado, y para colmo como ha pillado la huelga de los cojones puede que se haya estravíado el producto por ahí...

bueno a ver quiero enviar un email más o menos así, si alguién me lo pudiese traducir al inglés se lo agradecería muy mucho:

El día 5 de Diciembre fue envíado mi pedido nº 15007113, el cual por algún motivo aún no me ha llegado, si fuera posible rogaría me enviarán el código de envío del pedido para poder comprobarlo con la empresa de paquetería o mensajería.

Bueno algo así por el estilo más o menos, alguna sugerencia de gente experta en estos conflictos sería de agradecer ya que nunca he tenido un problema de este tipo.

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve not yet received the Blade Runner DVD has not arrived with you.

We sent this item to you on <Insert Shipment Date>. Most items do arrive within 5-7 days from us posting them to you. Having said that, delays do sometimes occur within the mailing system, and we would ask that you wait a total of 21 days for the delivery to be made.

It’s also a good idea to check with your local sorting office, just to make sure they aren’t holding any parcels for you. The postman doesn’t always leave you a card to let you know they’ve tried to make a delivery!

In the unlikely event that this item doesn't arrive after 21 days, please reply to this email with confirmation of your delivery address. Please also include a contact telephone number. Provided all the details are correct, we'll send out another copy to you - note that if we action this, it will appear as a refund and recharge on your account.

Básicamente, que lo tenías que haber recibido ya. Que preguntes en tu oficina de correos, y que si pasan 21 dias y sigues sin recibirlo, que contactes con ellos respondiendo al mail con tu dirección de envío y un teléfono de contacto, y te lo enviarán de nuevo, haciéndote una devolución y un nuevo cargo en la tarjeta.
