No sé si son las tres mejores, pero son tres muy buenas. Yo incluiría a Katherine Hepburn y a Ingrid Bergman.

Las cinco, son las más grandes del Hollywood de todos los tiempos (aunque sé que me he dejado a Audrey, Marilyn, Grace Kelly, Garland...).

Desde luego, pocas actrices pueden enorgullecerse de haber tenido tantas buenas interpretaciones en tan buenas películas: La loba (le viene bien el título, porque se los come a todos con patatas), Jezabel, La carta, El aniversario, Baby Jane, Muerte sobre el Nilo...A mí, de la Stanwyck me gustan sobre todo Juan Nadie y Voces de muerte, un thriller bastante angustioso con un jovencísimo Burt Lancaster. De la Crawford me quedo -a pesar de que tiene muchas buenas películas- sin duda con Johnny Guitar, una película que me gusta muchísimo en todos los sentidos.

Ahora que el hilo por fin tiene sentido, añado a Paulette Goddard, Claudette Colbert (jamás sabré si era guapa, fea o difícil de ver, pero fue una de las más grandes de las Screwball) y a las hermanas Joan Fontaine y Olivia de Havilland (siguen vivas las dos, parece que compiten hasta en eso).
De las citadas, me quedo con Barbara Stanwyck.

Bette Davis, la mejor. Inconmesurable en todos los papeles que ha hecho, si..en todos
Crawford, además de la que cita Jane y otras clásicas, también en esas inolvidables participaciones en las pelis de William Castilllo (Straight Jacket sobre todo).
Y Bárbara, que presencia¡¡. Inolvidable en Double Indemmnity y Cuarenta Pistolas del genial Samuel Fuller.

Colbert estaba rara en La octava mujer de barba azul. No sabría decir porque, tenía una cara difícil. Por cierto, minipunto para ella por tener un Lubitsch (y con guión de Wilder + Brackett).La Colbert fue guapa, mi papá lo dice siempre. Grandiosas todas las actrices citadas. Y de las tres del título, realmente no sabría con cuál quedarme.

Además de Katharine Hepburn añadiría a Jean Arthur y a Audrey Hepburn. También aunque con menos películas a Grace Kelly la mejor musa de Alfred Hitchcock.
