You can connect the centre speaker only to the subwoofer using the high level lead. This has three lead outs for use on a stereo amplfier and is wired as follows:-

Black - 0V
Red - Right
White - Left

To wire to the centre speaker twist the Red and White lead together so you have two leads, Black and Red/White. Connect these to you centre channel as Black 0V and Red / White to signal

To connect to a stereo amplifier you can use the low level input from the Pre-Out of the amplifier or use the high level lead wired as follows;-
