¿Alguien ha comprado en amazon.com?

Lo indico porque ellos al cobrarte te hacen la conversión de dólares a euros, luego te indican los gastos de envío y también te señalan Import fees deposit. ¿Eso qué es? ¿el coste de la aduana? El precio que te indican es el total que al final tendrás que pagar?

The duty or tax rate is often determined by the classification of a good, which varies by country and region.
For AmazonGlobal items, you won't be charged additional fees if the actual Import Fees exceed the Import Fees Deposit we estimated. For items sold by Amazon Marketplace sellers, please check the seller's policies.
If the actual Import Fees (paid by the carrier on behalf of the recipient to the customs and tax authorities of the destination country) are less than the Import Fees Deposit collected by us on your behalf, you'll automatically be refunded the difference to the payment method you used for the order. You'll receive a notification e-mail confirming the amount of the refund. The process takes 60 days from the shipment date.

Note: The above terms also apply to the shipment of any replacement product that might be shipped if there's a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you'll be the exporter from the original shipping destination responsible for compliance with all export laws of that country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our fulfillment centers

Si señor, ellos hacen una estimación y si luego es más asumen ellos la diferencia y si es menos te la devuelven.

Amigos necesito vuestro super consejo... resulta que hoy me he comprado un Hot Toys de Prince of Persia, nuevo y precintado en Planetacomic por 190€. Al principio estaba super convenido pero a medida que pasaba la tarde me iba dando cuenta de que me había equivocado de decisión. Mi duda es que yo he llamado a la tienda para devolver el artículo y me han dicho que ningún problema, que me hacen un ¿vale por el mismo importe?. Yo sinceramente no quiero un vale, prefiero tener mi dinero y no estar atado a tener que gastar en esa tienda cuando a lo mejor me paso por ella dos veces cada seis meses. ¿Existe alguna ley que permita que te devuelvan el dinero si no has abierto el artículo y si no ha pasado ni un día desde que lo compraste? gracias... estoy muy preocupado... no debería haber hecho el gasto a la ligera...

No, no existe ninguna ley que obligue a un comercio a devolverte el dinero una vez sales por la puerta. Lo de devolucion de dinero es solo un "servicio" o "valor" añadido que usan algunos comercios y grandes almacenes.

Lo mas habitual es pues el vale que comentas.

buff... muchas gracias, pues les preguntaré a ver si me hacen el "favor" de devolverme el dinero, soy cliente de hace muchos años y no es que gaste poco precisamente en sus tiendas. Pero tampoco quiero estar ligado a un vale que vete a saber cuando usaré... gracias de todos modos.

Quiero preguntaros una cosa, ¿sabeis si es moviesdistribucion.com una tienda seria para comprar estatuas? Es que e reservado la estatua de "Conan Fury Of The Beast Diorama" y no me han pedido ni un adelanto para la reserva ni nada y encima te la mandan con gastos de envio gratuitos y contrareembolso cuando la tengan en stock. ¿Demasiado bonito para ser verdad? Lo que no quiero es que luego a la hora de la verdad me quede sin la figura y no la encuentre por ningun lado o la tenga que comprar a un precio desproporcionado. ¿Sabeis si cumplen con las reservas y son fiables?

Hombre, yo no tengo intención de contradecir a nadie, pero precisamente existe el derecho de desestimiento, que es la capacidad para anular una compra que se haya hecho online (no directamente en tienda física), precisamente para amparar al consumidor que no tiene la capacidad de "ojear" el producto. La puedes ejercer hasta 7 días hábiles después de recibir el producto, aunque creo que cargarías con los gastos derivados (supongo que los gastos de ida y de vuelta del artículo).

Edito: Perdón, releyendo el post me he dado cuenta de que la compra la había hecho físicamente. Al leer lo de "Planetacomic" he dado por hecho que se trata de la web; de hecho no tenía ni pajolera de que tenían tienda física
