I don't accept the unilateral solution you are
proposing.
My order contained two preorders due out in September
6, and the non-refundable credit listed in my account
corresponds with the grandtotal of the order.
However, my order had been granted with free shipping
and an extra discount as iCard holder. If I attempt to
place an order for those very same two items, the
result is I have to pay an extra CAD $21+ to order the
same items. This is unacceptable.
Either you restore an order for the exact two items
with no additional costs, or my next step will be to
request an unilateral refund through VISA, while
placing a complaint through the appropiate authorities
and institutions describing your illicit behaviour.
I'll wait for 48 hours (not an hour more) for your
satisfactory reply.
