WHEN WILL I BE CONTACTED?
The wait list reservations will only be recalled if product becomes available from cancellations or card declines around the time the item begins to ship.
HOW WILL I BE CONTACTED?
If product becomes available for the wait list members, they will be contacted via e-mail on a first come, first serve basis. Your wait list reservation will automatically become an order within 3 days of our Notification E-mail to you. If at that time you do not wish to accept the wait list item, you must cancel your wait list request through your online user account prior to the 3rd day.
WHERE AM I ON THE WAIT LIST?
Your place on the list is only relevant to the amount of product that becomes available. Please do not contact our Customer Service Department to inquire where you are located on the Wait List. The Customer Service Reps do not have this information.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY INFO ON THE WAIT LIST RESERVATION?
This can easily be done through your online user account.
HOW DO I KNOW IF A WAIT LIST IS CLOSED?
If we are not taking anymore waitlist orders then the reservation option will not be available. Please sign up to our newsletter as we publish which wait lists are being recalled and those that are closed.
