Hola chicos, buenos dias a todos, despues de ver que nadie se pronuncia sobre este jodio tema, hoy por fin tengo noticias para hablaros de mi cajita. Como bien sabeis todos pedimos las cajas por i-parcel y no venia, hicimos las reclamaciones oportunas y nos hicieron un Refund por los gastos y me dijeron que por favor esperara hasta el 14 de Enero para hacer de nuevo el pedido. Pues nada el dia 13 recibi el mail este: Hello,

Aqui ya me puse nervioso, asi que con la ayuda de mi niña empezamos a escribir un correo para decirles que yo no queria el reembolso, que yo lo que queria era mi cajota. Pues nada resulta que amazon tiene un chat con el que poder hablar respecto esos temas en directo. Pues el primero que nos atendio, decia que si que vale, pero que no me lo podian volver a mandar a el precio del black friday, asi que insisti mucho mucho y consegui que me lo dejara a 137.45 Dolares (gastos de envio inluidos), pues nada que lo pedi tal cual y en gastos de envio puse DHL, el total era de 286.97 Dolares. Despues les pase el numero de envio por el chat para que me hicieran el reembolso. Asi que primero me cobraron el total y seguidamente me hicieron la devolucion para solo cobrarme los 137.45 que me dijeron.
