A raíz de una discusión en el foro, donde se han contrapuesto ideas sobre la difusión/prohibición de este documental de 1935, rodado por Leni Riefenstahl bajo encargo de Adolf Hitler, presento la que , a día de hoy, mejor edición en el mundo.
Master restaurado por Robert Harris. Presenta un par de particularidades introducidas precisamente por él.
Una es la presencia de algunos rótulos nuevos quemados en la imagen, donde se nos indica información como localizaciones y eventos. La otra es una "mosca" que aparece de tanto en cuando en la esquina inferior derecha. Esto, según se dijo en su momento, era debido a la intención de protegere los derechos de autor, de esta restauración en particular ya que la cinta es de dominio público.
A destacar que, siendo libre de zona, cuenta además con subtítulos en castellano. Eso sí, sólo para la película principal. El audiocomentario y el cortometraje "Tag der Freiheit"/"Day of Freedom" 17'02"/1080p/AVC/DTS-HD MA 2.0) no tienen subtítulos en castellano. Este último los tiene en inglés, pero quemados en la imagen.
Es una edición no sólo descatalogada, sino que incluso se ha elimnado su ficha en las amazon de medio mundo.
