Tema: Alguien que sepa ingles bien que me ayude a recuperar mi dinero?

Hola, resulta que hice un pedido a una tienda de Amazon y me han enviado mal la pelicula. El cenutrio del tio me mando una edicion china en lugar de la que habia pedido.

Me ha respondido esto que no acabo de entender muy bien y me gustaria contestarle que si que quiero que me devuelva mi dinero.
