Según Forbes 400, edición de 2016, George Lucas es el #120 persona más rica de los Estados Unidos con una fortuna estimada en 4600 millones de dólares.
Es el cineasta (sin contar ejecutivo del medio) más rico de la lista. El siguiente sería Spielberg en la posición #156 con 3700 millones (misma cantidad que Donald Trump, para que nos hagamos una idea de que cifras manejamos).
Antes de la venta de Lucasfilm a Disney, la fortuna de Lucas rondaba los 3200 millones por lo que queda claro el negocio que ha hecho con la venta.

¿Podeis aclararme unas dudas sobre Clone Wars?.
¿Que serie sobre las guerras clon es canon: Clone Wars, en 2D (la de Tartacosky), o The Clone wars, en 3D (de Filoni)?.
¿Termina esta última serie?, es que, salvo que me lo expliqueis noto incoherencia y piezas que no encajan con respecto al Episodio III, ¿podeis ayudarme, pro favor?.
Es que no se, ni siquiera, si al serie The Clone wars, está terminada. Lo pregunto proque estoy viendo la última temporada, titulada "Las Misiones perdidas". Pero me faltan un par de personajes: Ashoka y grevius. Y pasa algo con Dokku, que no me cuadra con el Episodio III, ¿podeis ayudarme?.

Disney considera como canon oficial la serie 3D The Clone Wars.
Pero vamos, que cada quien se monte su saga particular. Para mí, la serie en 2D es indispensable y enlaza muy bien a los episodios II y III.
Yo tengo la de 2D, y estoy pensando en comprarme la de 3D. De forma que si quiero un resumen, veo al de 2D. Y si quieor mas guerras clon, veo al de 3D. Mi pregunta es, ¿encaja bien la de 3D con el Epìsodio III?.Cita:

'STAR WARS' TOYS GENERATED OVER $700 MILLION IN 2015
"Star Wars" toys brought in more in 2015 than "Jurassic World," "Avengers" and "Minions" toys combined.
The franchise is every studio's dream, as the perks that come with owning the Star Wars brand go far beyond ticket sales.
"With the early release of Star Wars toys on Force Friday, Star Wars managed to become the number-one property for the year, with over $700 million in sales," said NPD. "It also brought in more sales and contributed more growth than Jurassic World, Minions, and Avengers combined."
The $700 million number is toy-specific and doesn't include other Star Wars-branded products.
The Sphero BB-8, of course, which functions like a kind of app-controlled RC car, only the RC car is the cute little ball droid introduced to fans in The Force Awakens. It was the eighth highest-grossing toy of the year, and likely would have ranked higher if it had been made available earlier than September 4.
