When will we see the full reveal of the Rocket and Star-Lord PF's ?
And when will they be up for pre-order ?
I have no info on this license right now. The marketplace has so many wonderful options out there currently (Hot Toys, Gentle Giant, Funko, etc) that hopefully people are getting their 'Guardians of the Galaxy' fix through those pieces.
Ah, ¿ves?
I find it curious that you would push customers to a competitor...are there issues with these PF's, will they still be released?
I would push anyone somewhere else should we not be offering what they are seeking currently.
Want a Thanos or Hawkeye, or Magneto...XM Studios looks to be releasing some great representations/collectibles of those characters, so checking them out would by my recommendation.
Want some Guardians of the Galaxy items...Hot Toys and Gentle Giant have some great offerings.
Looking for more Conan items or mythology...ARH Studios would be up y'alls alley!
How about Street Fighter or new Legend items...Pop Culture Shock has amazing collectibles!
I could go on but I'll stop there. I don't see the issue with recommending other companies to get a fix for something that someone is looking for.
As for our own Guardians pieces...nothing is in the very immediate future for those pieces but hopefully within the next couple of years.
I don't understand announcing two PFs Starlord and Rocket and then putting them on the back burner for two years. Why bother announcing in the first place with banners coming soon?
Anytime something is announced, teased, or talked about it is always in 'it's a go mode' but then you come upon situations where 'it's a go mode' changes after announcement and things have to be pushed back, may not happen, etc.
I was just putting the pieces together...if the Guardians pieces were imminent or still being worked on, I would expect a response like, "Stay tuned for exciting news" or something along those lines, not, "Go check out our competition."
The Mythology, Street Fighter etc. examples don't really apply because those are licenses you don't have. I would expect you to refer people to companies that do have those licenses (particularly the ones you distribute, like ARH). Guardians of the Galaxy, or Marvel in general, is in your realm. So, by saying go check out Gentle Giant, just tells me that something has gone wrong with your planned Guardians stuff.
Ah...but you see people do indeed ask about licenses we currently do not hold and I have pushed them to other companies. And I already did answer that Guardians stuff was a year or more away to someone else though it may have been in another thread/other forum, so pushing them to other options makes sense to me.
