Hilo de DVDSoon

Re: on hand....

Quote:
A message from DVDSoon.com's president

To our dear clients,

In light of New Year 2005, let me first offer you all my best wishes of happiness, health and prosperity.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your loyalty as a DVDSoon.com client. Thanks to you, 2004 has brought on a growth of almost 400%, making it one of the most successful and fulfilling year this company has known. Having shipped over 1 million parcels in 2004, DVDSoon.com has currently gained the pole position amongst Canadian DVD e-tailers.

However, this great achievement has caused certain inconveniences and delays in our shipping department, and we sincerely regret this hindrance. Therefore, in order to resolve the situation, we have devised new and more efficient means of working, permitting us to offer even better service than before.

We estimate that, in about a few weeks, we will be able to bring our shipping delays back in order. We deeply appreciate your boundless patience since we understand the desire to receive your products and items as soon as possible.

Finally, because of the rapid growth of the company, we are cannot stock in inventory the entire catalog in our warehouses. Currently, we offer more than 40 000 different items and when we receive new orders, the anticipated overstocked items are rapidly sold out. We therefore place new orders daily from our suppliers, in hopes of minimizing possible delays.

Our product catalog never ceases to expand, and we endeavour to offer you even more products to fulfill your needs.

Once again, thank you all for your patience and understanding.

Re: ok

Yo me he resignado.
