- La pregunta: ¿Esta configuración para ordenar los canales, solo sirve para HMR 600W o también es valida para el IAMM NTR83?
- La repuesta: Soy de Valladolid y no puedo grabar TVE-HD, porque el aparato no lo sintoniza.

actualización a v 1.54, con cosas buenas y malas:
-desaparecen las dos calidades más bajas de grabación.
-de la TDT sólo se puede grabar en el modo SP. El modo que configuras por defecto en el menu configuración-REC no afecta a nada. Las entradas scart y composite son configurables, pero sólo hq, sp y lp
ahora lo bueno:
-trae un porrón de canales de radio precargados para probar.
-INTEGRA POR FIN EL B-T, por ahora funciona con archivos de /www.legaltorrents.com.
la interfaz es algo rara, no hay documentación ni nada de nada... pero he conseguido hacerlo funcionar metiendo los torrents en un directorio llamado así y luego ejecututándolo desde el explorador de archivos del iamm. Te sale un menú que se entiende solo. Lo malo es que todo es muy oscuro. no hay forma de saber si el cliente está o no funcionando, si estamos subiendo archivos ni cuales ni si está desactivado...
-Trae una nueva opción NFS imagino Network File Server, pero no sé aún como se usa, al igual que no consigo acceder por ftp ni veo mi pc desde el iamm como hacia con la versión anterior (arreglado, ahora si lo veo).
-parece algo inestable para pasar archivos grandes, pero puede ser debido a la poca cobertura wifi que tiene ahora mismo, a ver si por cable o mejorando la cobertura se corrige...
-No he hecho más pruebas...me voy a dormir. Ya averiguaremos lo demás (grabaciones, EPG, programaciónes, config de la hora, ordenar canales...) de todas formas esto tiene muy buena pinta, a ver si siguen desarrollándolo y esto no se para

Yo le he conseguido ordenar tal y como dive el tutorial del Hmr600, si bien debes de buscar el archivo dtv_channel.txt que está alojado en la misma ruta pero en mi caso llevaba un punto delante. Ejecuta el comando find name seguido del nombre del archivo para que te de la ruta.
Por cierto ¿Puedes sintonizar tve hd en otro aparato? Haber si va ser falta de señal. Te agradecería lo probarás.

Por favor, a ver si pudierais ayudarme.
Quiero comprarme un HD Multimedia y he estado mirando los hilos de los reproductores HMR 600, Woxter 3000 y éste (IAMM 83), que son los que más me gustan. Todos tienen algún problema o fallo, pero el que más preocupa es el que se comenta en el HMR 600 con las interferencias del mando de ONO (al cambiar de canal con ONO se apaga y se enciende el HMR, y parece que no tiene solución ni en próximos firmwares).
¿Alguien tiene el IAMM NTR-83 y ONO? Si es así, ¿también tenéis el mismo problema con las interferencias del mando de ONO?

Quiero comprarme un HD Multimedia y he estado mirando los hilos de los reproductores HMR 600, Woxter 3000 y éste (IAMM 83), que son los que más me gustan. Yo tengo el Iamm 83 y Ono y te puedo decir que no hay ningún tipo de problema.
El aparato va de lujo. El único pero es que hace algo de ruido, pero no lo bastante como para incordiar aunque si se nota cuando no hay sonido en el televisor.

It's a very simple question. I bought the IAMM NTR83 and arrived today, but when i turn it ON it passes me on the LCD screen to Setting Setup.... and it stays like that for a long time. I think maybe it's formatting the HDD?
Just wanted to know what happen to you guys when you first started the IAMM NTR 83 for the very first time!

Creo que al final me compraré éste. Me quedan estas pequeñas dudas:
1.- ¿Qué tal graba desde una fuente externa via euroconector (principalmente cintas VHS)?
He leido algunos comentarios que dicen que se cortan las grabaciones y otros en los que se dice que graba bien y sin problemas.
2.- ¿Conectando el reproductor al PC por cable USB se puede utilizar como cualquier HD externo?
3.- ¿Ha grabado alguien de TDT-HD?
Lo pregunto porque en las especificaciones técnicas del reproductor en la web de O2media (http://www.o2media.es/iamm_ntr83) pone en grabación: "Formato de vídeo: MPEG 2 TS desde sintonizador DVB-T y analógico" y no comenta nada del formato MPEG 4 HD TS, formato que si aparece en las características del O2media HMR-600W "Grabacion - Formato de vídeo: MPEG 2 TS / MPEG 4 HD TS desde sintonizador DVB-T" (http://www.o2media.es/hmr-600w), y según tengo entendido la tv en alta definición se transmite en formato MPEG 4. Me resulta un poco extraño que siendo mas nuevo el IAMM 83 no pueda grabar en ese formato.

I've waited about 3hours... and it stayed in Setting Setup... so it's not formatting the HDD also because i disconnected it now and turn the NTR83 ON and it gave me the same thing --> Setting Setup...

I think i must sent the product back and ask for a new one. Because the IAMM also don't responde the the ON/OFF button or any other command from any other button.
What do you guys think?

Hi Fusca, and welcome,
About your problem, is your player blocked? In this situation, you could try extracting the HDD. If you are able to do something with the player without HDD, then your problem is the HDD. If not, I think you have an odd unit, sorry.
In my example, my unit came with an unformatted hdd and it didn´t work properly until I gave format to the HDD through my PC under USB connection.
In my opinion, you should try updating the firmware (nothing to lose for trying
). In www.o2media.com you can find all the instructions an the files in english (if I were you, I would try with the update from disconnected, you´ll understand me when you read the instructions).
I hope all this info can be useful for you, and sorry for my english, hehe...

Hi Fusca, and welcome,

bueno chicos! ya he ordenado los canales, siendo un novato, el manual esta muy bien explicado. un diez!!
otra cosa lista del ntr83.
lo de grabar y ver una peli hoy lo probare, mañana digo algo.
y lo de grabat tdt Hd, no se porque teneis tanta fijacion, si yo vivo en un pueblo y ya va justo que llegue el tdt, pensat que aqui en nuestro pais vamos años luz del resto en muchos aspectos. yo tengo el play tv, que graba tdt hd, aqui en españa de momento ni coje ningun canal, encanvio hay paises de europa que si que han grabado. teneis que pensar para que quereis el ntr83...

I tried with the HDD disconnected and it still did the same error! Simply stays at Setting Setup... and we can't do nothing. The ON/OFF button simply doesn't work and the moment i connect the IAMM to power it starts without even pushing ON button.
And i tried connecting it with the USB and the LAN connection, and it simply doesnt recognised the IAMM...
Maybe i got a defective unit
Tomorrow i'm talking with the O2Media guys to send the IAMM back to them and for them to send me a new one!

hola de nuevo, abro el turno de preguntas, jeje:
alguien si el cliente b-t tiene interfaz web? creo que el del hrm600 si y se puede acceder a ella para controlar las descargas, introducir nuevas.... También necesitaríamos saber que puertos usa para abrírselos en el router, no?
otra cosa, si tenemos el iamm encendido comparte automáticamente todo?, o sólo lo de la carpeta download? El cliente está siempre activo? porque si es así nos puede estar comiendo ancho de banda de forma constante.

I´m sorry you have received a bad unit. Sometimes the carriers like ups or dhl handle the cargo badly and we suffer the consecuences. Please, don´t disencourage with this player, because I think it is a good machine (be sure I don´t have any relationship with the enterprise), and it´s the first time I have heard about bad units with this gadget. I think you only had bad luck.
I hope reading you again here with your new unit.

PS: the unit always starts simply connecting it to power, then, it is normal. Have you tried updating from unplugged with the usb with the firm connected previously?

me explico.
yo aveces programo el ntr83 para que me grabe por ejemplo el dakar del canal 33, y lo paro.
y mientras ceno enciendo la tv y veo las noticias del tv3. y de repente a la hora programada el Ntr83 se enciende graba lo programado y se para, y yo sin dejar de ver las noticias.
otra opcion que acavo de comprovar.
veo la television a traves del Ntr83 (no como antes), por ejemplo ahora mismo mirava gente, le di al boton grabar del mando y enseguida graba, pues ahora le doy al boton home del mando porque por ejemplo vien un colega que quiere ver un video, pues ningun problema, como he dicho le doy al boton home del mando, voy a explorar archivos, videos y lo miramos, despues del video le doy al boton home y me voy al tdt del Ntr83 para ver otra vez la television, pues hasta que no les des al boton stop sigue grabando. y te lo guarda en una carpeta My recordings).
en definitiva, me he intentado explicar lo mejor posible.

Just to say that i've spent few more time around the IAMM and i finally got it to WORK!! =) hehehe
so happy now =)
Works fine and i tested all kinds of different audio / video / subtitles formats and works like a charm!

I see you have found the solution:
You have to plug the NTR83 to a TV FIRST of all to execute the configuration wizard.
Each time you will do an update of the firmware you will have to do that.
I recommend you to update to version 1.54.
If you have any problem to order your your DVB channels don't hesitate to ask.
There is a way to do it with Telnet and a little program.
I did it today and now all is fine.
