Estos son los extras del segundo disco UK
Building Paris (5m47s): Featuring interviews with the animators and production designers, this allows them to explain their trip to Paris and how they researched the city prior to making Ratatouille. That said, the finished film does add something of its own but from the photographs and sketches, they did a very commendable job of capturing something of the feeling that one gets from Paris.
Character Profiles (8m04s): These short features, of which there are seven, allow Brad Bird to explain the background to each of the characters. Although, they're very much less than complete given no mention of Will Self when it comes to Anton Ego.
Deleted Scenes (19m53s): Rather than simply presenting these four scenes in order, interviews with the crew, including producer Brad Lewis and director Brad Bird explain why these scenes were cut, what they were originally intended to do and how the finished film were changed as a result. None of the four scenes are finished, rather they're presented as shaded pen-and-ink drawings with the voice acting having a similarly unfinished feel about it.
Progression Reels: Rapids (2m25s): This short feature looks at the editing of one scene, that of Rémy riding the rapids into the city.
Rémy's Incredible But Edible (2m19s): Chocolate-covered grasshoppers? Piranha salad? Rattlesnake meat? They don't actually sound that bad when compared to Iceland's putrefied shark
Behind The Scenes: These four short features look at aspects of the production, including Designing The Movie (1m23s), Animating A Rat's World (1m46s), Animating With A French Flavour (1m11s), Brad Bird: The Big Cheese (3m13s) and Cooking 101 (3m29s). There isn't a great deal to any of them and, often, there's some repetition with other features on the set, but there is a sense of humour throughout, often in Pixar's particular means of preparing for their movies. The Pixar cooking class in Cooking 101 is a perfect example of this.
Ratatouille Around The World (1m37s): By this stage, I think we're getting desperate. Here, we have a succession of international trailers. They might as well have subtitled this, "Want to hear the things that funny foreigners say?"
Easter Eggs: There are several hidden features on this disc, including an animated advertisement for rat killer, footage of the Pixar team cooking and Brad Bird directing the voice recording. But that last one is actually quite funny. "Yes!"
Nada espectacular (de hecho, son bastante pobrecillos) salvo por esos 20 minutosdeescenas eliminadas y loseaster egg . Un chorizeo, vamos, porquwe no habíarazón paradejarnossin ellos.
